No. The service is designed for owners who spend part or most of the year abroad.
Will I get a report after each inspection?
Yes. Scheduled inspection packages include a digital report with photographs and key observations.
Do the monthly packages include cleaning and repairs?
No. Cleaning, specialist maintenance, callouts and third-party work are separately quoted and require your approval.
Do you handle holiday rental bookings?
Our initial focus is private second-home care, not acting as a holiday rental operator. Ask us about coordinating authorised local providers.
Are the published prices final?
They are indicative starting prices. Your written quotation will confirm VAT, property details, services and any travel charges.
